This contact kit (part number AC150AH) is an aftermarket replacement set of contactor tips and springs used in forklift electrical control panels, especially on EV100 series traction and pump motor controls. Contactors switch heavy motor current thousands of times per shift, and the tips erode from arcing every time they make and break. Service techs replace the contact kit when truck performance falls off or contact pitting is visible during inspection of the control panel.
