This ball is an aftermarket replacement check ball used inside hydraulic valve assemblies, directional control valves, and pump check circuits on forklift assemblies. Hydraulic techs replace check balls during valve overhauls when scoring, pitting, or out-of-round geometry compromises the seat seal. A worn check ball causes hydraulic creep complaints and reduced system holding capacity.
