Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices, availability, shipping rates, lead times, and product information may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, cancel orders, or refuse orders if product information, pricing, shipping rates, or availability is incorrect.
Quotes and Special Orders
Some forklift parts, hard-to-find parts, freight items, remanufactured components, fleet orders, and special-order items may require a quote before purchase.
Quotes are valid only for the time stated on the quote. If no time is stated, quotes are subject to change based on supplier availability, freight cost, inventory changes, and market conditions.
Special-order and custom-ordered parts may be non-returnable as described in our Return and Warranty Policy.
Orders and Payment
Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we have approved separate written payment terms.
After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We may refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, inaccurate customer information, or violation of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship forklift parts across the Continental United States, with some items eligible for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories by quote.
In-stock parts ordered before 2:00 PM PT on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that time typically ship the next business day. Remanufactured engines, transmissions, special-order parts, hard-to-find parts, heavy items, and freight shipments may require additional processing time.
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Carrier delays, freight scheduling, weather, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, customs, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
For freight deliveries, you are responsible for inspecting shipments before signing, noting visible damage on the delivery receipt, confirming piece counts, and reporting concealed damage within 48 hours.
Returns, Refunds, Warranty, and Core Returns
Returns, refunds, warranties, and core returns are governed by our Return and Warranty Policy.
Standard returns require an RMA number and must meet the requirements in that policy. Some items are non-returnable, including certain electrical components, opened gasket or seal kits, special-order parts, custom-ordered parts, cut hoses, cut cables, cut chains, hazardous materials, installed parts, modified parts, or used parts.
Warranty coverage varies by part type. Our warranty covers qualifying defects in materials or workmanship under normal operating conditions. It does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, incorrect application, lack of maintenance, incorrect fluids, accident damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
Some remanufactured parts are sold on a core exchange basis. Core return requirements, deadlines, shipping instructions, and possible core charges are governed by our Return and Warranty Policy.
Installation and Use
Parts should be installed only by qualified personnel using proper tools, safety practices, manufacturer procedures, and applicable workplace safety rules.
SCR Forklift Parts is not responsible for damage, injury, equipment failure, downtime, lost revenue, or other losses caused by improper installation, incorrect application, misuse, unsafe operation, or failure to maintain equipment.
Account and Customer Information
You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, equipment, and payment information. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, incorrect shipments, or order issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account.
Third-Party Services
Our store may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, advertising, email, hosting, fraud prevention, and other business operations. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Privacy
