Throttle Dashpot
The AC16182-K7800 is a throttle dashpot that cushions the return of the throttle plate as the operator releases the pedal on the forklift. It prevents abrupt closure that could stall the engine or send unburned fuel through the manifold. The internal damping orifice slows the final portion of throttle plate travel so deceleration is smooth and the engine settles cleanly into idle without flame-out. Supplied as an aftermarket replacement part that meets or exceeds the form, fit, and function of the original component.
