Aftermarket rod bearing (AC12117-B0801) in .25MM size, supplied as a replacement for the original equipment manufacturer connecting rod bearing. Rod bearings are precision-machined inserts that ride between the connecting rod big end and the crankshaft journal, carrying every combustion event for the life of the engine. Undersize bearings are used when the crankshaft has been ground down at a machine shop to clean up wear or damage.
